Made by hand

Time is part of the recipe.

A careful process, honest descriptions and personal order review are as important as the food itself.

The Cottonwood standard

Made by hand means attention stays close.

Craft is not a decorative word. It changes how a batch is planned, how a cut is handled, how product information is communicated and how an order reaches the customer.

Our made-to-order process

From request to family table

01

Order review

We review products, quantity, preferred receiving date, delivery area and special requests.

02

Batch confirmation

We confirm availability, expected weight, lead time, delivery and the final payable amount.

03

Careful preparation

The approved batch is prepared according to the product method and recorded production plan.

04

Chilled packing

Products are packed with the applicable batch information and handling instructions.

05

Delivery coordination

Receiving details are reconfirmed so the chilled handover can be completed responsibly.

What we will not claim without proof

Trust requires restraint.

Cottonwood will not describe a product as organic, authentic Italian, DOP, IGP, nitrate-free, preservative-free, imported or certified unless the specific claim has been verified and approved.

Where a product is inspired by a regional style, the description will say so. Where a cut differs from the traditional cut, the distinction will be clear.

01Accurate cut names

Guanciale is reserved for pork jowl. Pork belly versions are described as pork belly.

02Batch-specific care

Storage and handling instructions come from the confirmed batch—not generic assumptions.

03Clear ordering

Customers know what is confirmed, what is estimated and what is still subject to delivery review.

Secure ordering

Your information is used only to review and fulfil your request.

Customer care

Real help through email and official social channels.

Delivery areas

Pampanga and selected nearby destinations, subject to confirmation.
