Family influence
Meals, techniques and values shaped by a multicultural family background and a deep respect for hospitality.
Family-led since 2017
Our story begins before the business—with family tables, inherited food values and the belief that hospitality should feel personal.
Before Cottonwood became a brand
Our family story carries Spanish, French and Puerto Rican influences—not as a claim that every Cottonwood product is an untouched old-world recipe, but as the cultural background that shaped how our family thinks about food, hospitality and the table.
Techniques were remembered through watching, helping, tasting and returning to the kitchen. Cottonwood continues that spirit in Pampanga: food prepared patiently, explained honestly and intended to be shared.
