Confirm the final order
Cottonwood reviews production capacity, product availability, packed weight, delivery charge and the earliest practical receiving date.
Pay to reserve production
Choose Wise or one of Cottonwood’s activated Philippine QR payment channels. Full payment is required before production begins. After payment is verified, Cottonwood sends a Payment Acknowledgement and reserves the production slot.
Delivery policy
Minimum merchandise order: ₱1,000. For NCR orders, delivery is ₱200 when the merchandise subtotal is below ₱3,500. NCR delivery is complimentary when the merchandise subtotal reaches ₱3,500 or more, calculated after discounts and before delivery fees. Outside NCR, the courier charge is based on destination, package requirements and available chilled-delivery service and is confirmed before payment.
Made-to-order timing: allow 5–7 calendar days for preparation before dispatch. Receiving normally begins from the 8th day after confirmed payment and may move to around the 10th day depending on availability and current order volume. A preferred date is a request until Cottonwood confirms it in writing.
Gift orders: the buyer and recipient may be different people. Overseas buyers may send an order to family in the Philippines and can ask Cottonwood not to include prices inside the package.
