Ordering terms
Submitting a website form or cart does not automatically create a paid or accepted order.
Confirmation
An order becomes confirmed only after Cottonwood provides written confirmation of product availability, expected packed weight, lead time, delivery arrangement, fees and final amount.
Made-to-order changes
Because products may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellation or change conditions will be provided during confirmation and may depend on the stage of production.
Images and natural variation
Website images are representative. Natural cuts vary in shape, marbling, seasoning coverage and packed weight.
Pricing
Displayed prices are subject to pack size, batch availability and written confirmation. Delivery fees are separate unless explicitly included.
Accuracy
Cottonwood may correct typographical, product-description or technical errors before accepting an order.
