Ordering terms
Submitting a website form or cart does not automatically create a paid or accepted order.
Confirmation
An order becomes confirmed only after Cottonwood provides written confirmation of product availability, expected packed weight, lead time, delivery arrangement, fees and final amount.
Made-to-order changes
Because products may be prepared specifically for an order, cancellation or change conditions will be provided during confirmation and may depend on the stage of production.
Images and natural variation
Website images are representative. Natural cuts vary in shape, marbling, seasoning coverage and packed weight.
Pricing and minimum order
Displayed prices are subject to pack size, batch availability and written confirmation. The minimum merchandise order is ₱1,000. Delivery fees are separate unless explicitly included.
NCR delivery
NCR delivery is ₱200 when the merchandise subtotal is below ₱3,500. NCR delivery is complimentary from a ₱3,500 merchandise subtotal, calculated after discounts and before delivery fees. Deliveries outside NCR are subject to a confirmed courier charge based on destination and available service.
Made-to-order timing and payment
Please allow 5–7 calendar days for preparation before dispatch. Receiving normally begins from the 8th day after confirmed full payment and may move to around the 10th day depending on product availability and order volume. Full payment is required to reserve a production slot once Cottonwood confirms the final order.
Payment methods
Customers may choose from the payment methods activated by Cottonwood at checkout, which may include Wise and activated Philippine QR payment channels. Full payment must be verified before production begins. Cottonwood will never request a customer’s PIN, OTP, banking password or card CVV.
Delivery information and gifts
Customers must provide sufficient delivery information, including barangay and city or municipality. ZIP code and a pinned map link are optional. For gift orders, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate recipient contact and delivery information.
Accuracy
Cottonwood may correct typographical, product-description or technical errors before accepting an order.
